Trainer

Key responsibilities

Train clients on equipment use:
Provide initial training for new clients and refresher sessions both at our clinic and at client locations.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions
• Support and guide clients after training
Conduct demonstrations and consultations together with the sales team for potential clients (in person and online):
• Meet clients and identify their needs
• Present the technology with a focus on benefits and competitive advantages
• For on-site demos: prepare and set up equipment, perform procedures on a model if needed
• Answer client questions and provide follow-up support upon request
Train internal staff on the technologies:
• Run training sessions for employees (e.g., sales team)
• Help build deep and confident product knowledge inside the company
Develop training and support materials:
• Presentations, manuals, protocols, combined protocols, video lessons, before/after materials
• Adapt content for different audiences: doctors, cosmetologists, internal team
Participate in exhibitions and professional events:
Baltic Beauty, Pelene, and others, as well as seminars, conferences, and lectures.
Develop the training department together with the team.

What we expect from you

• Medical education (experience with aesthetic/medical devices is a strong advantage)
• Fluent Russian, English, and Estonian
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present convincingly, identify client needs, and connect with different types of clients
• Flexibility, willingness to communicate and support others
• Strong structure and system thinking — ability to build clear training processes
• Desire to grow professionally and stay up to date with new developments in aesthetic and medical technologies

What we expect from you

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English (Russian is a plus).
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in one of these fields:
    • aesthetic medicine / cosmetology / wellness
    • distribution of cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, or injectables
    • premium sales with high-value transactions and long sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with high-level clients.
  • Independence, initiative, and a clear drive to grow revenue and expand business.
